Load your van safely says FTA

A new DVD, Safe loading of vans and light goods vehicles, has been produced by the Freight Transport Association (FTA). It covers best practice when it comes to securing cargo correctly, loading within weight limits and even distribution of whatever you happen to be carrying. A second disc contains printable manager's notes, test papers and the answers.

This latest offering is the second in a series of DVDs aimed at operators running light vehicles. The first one, Routine checks for vans and light goods vehicles, highlights why daily checks are so important before a van or light truck leaves base.
