London van parking guide from the FTA

The Freight Transport Association has produced a guide to London's parking rules, highlighting penalty hotspots and regulations.

The guide sets out the latest parking advice, as well as offering tips on safer driving and fuel efficiency.

“We are all aware of the increasing burden that parking costs are putting on businesses' bottom line,” said the FTA's head of policy for the south east Gordon Telling. “While there are lots of issues that we are working on with local councils to improve the supply of spaces and fairness of tickets, there is still a need to help drivers who are unfamiliar with the parking locations and who get penalised for not having good local knowledge.”
