Joloda introduces Ro-Ro pallet loader for vans

Best known for its air cargo, container and truck pallet loading products, Joloda has come up with the Hydraroll Quick-Fit Pallet Loader for light commercials.

A full length portable roller bed, it can be installed in minutes without the use of any specialist tools and it can load and unload three or four pallets up to 1,000kg. It can also tackle cage pallets, stillages, post pallets and slip sheets.

Designed for medium- and long-wheelbase panel vans, the roller bed is powered by a onboard 12v compressor which is connected to the van’s power socket. Inflating the roller track lifts the rollers above the Hydraroll’s floor height allowing the load to become live and the pallets to be pushed easily to their desired position along the van load bed. Once in place, the air is released from the track lift airbags, the rollers lower below the floor supporting the pallet and the load becomes dead. The load can then be secured in place in the normal way.
