Tipper demand is rising says Broadway

Demand for second-hand light commercials with tipper bodies is continuing to increase beyond the normal seasonal sales rise says used vehicle specialist Broadway Motor Company.

“Values of tippers grossing at from 3.5 to 7.5 tonnes remain very solid and we’re seeing high prices for almost all vehicles as they come through to the market,” says national sales leader, Ian Griffiths. Landscapers are among the buyers.

Owned by GE Capital, Broadway has recently doubled the capacity of its Stoke-on-Trent branch to 60 vehicles thanks to growing demand for light commercials of all types says Griffiths. “It’s proved to be a popular location for us, with customers coming not just from the city itself but right across the Midlands,” he says.
