Tyre business stocks up on Merc Sprinters

Mercedes-Benz Truck & Van (NI), the manufacturer’s only franchised commercial vehicle dealer in Northern Ireland, supplied the long-wheelbase 313 CDi vans, which will be used by Kerr’s team of mobile technicians.
Company boss Norman Kerr said the firm’s 15-strong fleet is now dominated by Sprinters, which he praised for their reliability, safety and comfort.
Kerr’s, which was founded in 2002, also has depots in Belfast and Coleraine. It includes the transport operations of several major supermarkets within its customer base.
“We promise our customers a completely dependable service so it’s imperative our suppliers offer us the same level of reliability,” said Kerr.
“The fact that the local dealer’s workshop is open around the clock means we can get our our vans serviced overnight, which is a major advantage.”
