Truckman wins deal to supply 200 hardtops to Enterprise

Pick-up accessories manufacturer Truckman has signed a deal to supply 200 hardtops to rental giant Enterprise.
The Dudley-based bodybuilder will fit its RS hardtops for Enterprise’s fleet of Toyota Hilux Double Cab and Mitsubishi L200 Double Cab pick-ups.
The RS is aimed towards the construction industry with a solid-sided exterior and wipe-clean interior.
Its latest tie-up follows on from a previous deal which saw the firm supply 55 hardtops to a fleet of Ford Ranger pick-ups earlier this year, with Mike Wheeler, executive chairman of Trucksmith, saying investments in his company’s manufacturing team made it possible to secure the repeat order.
Jamie Atkinson, group vehicle acquisition manager at Enterprise Flex-E-Rent, added: “We’re very pleased to be able to use a British manufacturer for the continued supply of our hardtops. Truckman has an excellent reputation, which it lives up to with the quality of its products and service.”
