The clamp secures the ladder with downward force, and the SafeStow4’s straps pull it in opposite lateral directions, whilst the adjustable load stops make sure any lateral movement during travel is minimised.
Designed not just with user safety in mind, the SafeStow4 has also been developed with added features to protect your ladders from unnecessary movement, rattling and damage over time. Cross bars are set with rubber inlays to cushion and protect your ladders, minimising any risk of abrasive damage by ensuring your ladders do not come into contact with the aluminium of the SafeStow4 at any point. Rubber bump stops are also installed in the front cross rail for an extra level of cushioning as the system slides into the stowed position, for quiet and smooth operation.
