Citroën beefs up dealer network

Date: Monday, June 23, 2008

Citroën is strengthening its van representation nationwide with the introduction of a core of commercial vehicle specialist dealers. Sixteen have been appointed to date, all from the existing dealer network, although two of those appointments don't come into effect until September.

The line-up includes prominent Citroën outlets such as Freeborn in Southampton, Duff Morgan in Norwich and Evans Halshaw in Leeds, as well as Citroën Birmingham. “They will offer a level of service additional to that already provided by our existing 200-plus dealer network,” says Citroën commercial vehicle operations manager, Robert Handyside.

It will include extended workshop opening hours, a wider range of vehicles in stock, a larger number of demonstrators and a bigger selection of Citroën approved used light commercials.
