VW prepares for growth

Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles has instigated a management reshuffle as it gears up for further growth.
Following a period of network expansion and increased fleet sales, the manufacturer has given new roles to three of its senior managers in the operations team as part of its forward strategy.
Alastair Hemmings has stepped into the position of national fleet manager, Chris Blue becomes national franchise manager and Matthew Morton has replaced Hemmings as national operations manager.
Matthew Bowden, head of operations, VW Commercial Vehicles, said:"These appointments are a key part of a reorganisation to prepare for future planned growth of our business and to ensure we always deliver the most valued service to our customers and Van Centre network."
