VW milks dairy business with order for 80 Transporter dropsides

A dairy has placed an order for 80 Volkswagen Transporter dropside vans to help strengthen its delivery service across the country.
McQueens Dairies said it chose the vehicles thanks to VW’s reputation for providing a good level of customer service.
The vehicles will be used to make deliveries to its resident and business customers across the UK.
“Having them specifically converted for us in Germany demonstrates how committed we are in our long-term partnership with Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles. We know we will always get the best vehicle possible for the job,” said Calum McQueen, commercial director at McQueens Dairies.
The new vans replace the majority of the firm’s existing fleet of 100 mixed vehicles, while the diary said it plans to expand the new fleet before the end of the year.
