FleetCheck takes on director to oversee new northern regional office

Fleet software firm FleetCheck has appointed commercial vehicle specialist Richard Waiton as a director of the board and given him responsibility for overseeing the company’s new northern regional office in Doncaster.
Waiton has been working with FleetCheck as a consultant on the commercial vehicle sector since 2015 and has 30 years experience in the industry, including stints as group transport manager for Polypipe PLC and transport operations manager for MSAS Global Logistics, as well as holding various consultancy roles.
“This is an exciting time to be involved with FleetCheck. The company is growing at an incredible pace, developing innovative new products and forging a range of partnerships with organisations important in the CV world, including FORS and the FTA,” Waiton said.
“The new northern office will allow us to respond quickly to the needs of customers in the region, especially those requiring commercial vehicle expertise and knowledge.”
