The Trojan now gets the same 2.5-litre diesel engine as its double cab stablemates. With 178hp on tap and torque of 400Nm (up 30 and 27% respectively), it does not lack power or grunt.
But while performance is impressive the five-speed manual transmission can be notchy in town and can also leave you wanting an extra gear on the highway.
