Iveco adds Deluxe tipper to Eurocargo line-up

Date: Thursday, September 13, 2007

Iveco has expanded its ready-to-go-to-work range of CargoLiner bodied vehicles with the launch of a Eurocargo-based Britt-Tipp Deluxe tipper calculated to appeal to 7.5-tonner operators. Depending on availability a customer could walk into an Iveco dealership and be driving one based on a Eurocargo 75E16K away within hours says the manufacturer.
The newcomer is based on the CargoLiner tipper which so far this year has accounted for 23 per cent of all 7.5-tonne Eurocargo trucks purchased with a tipper body.

In Deluxe guise it features dropsides and a tailgate made from alloy rather than steel, resulting in an 80kg payload boost. What's more, the mesh used in the standard headboard has been replaced by an aluminium sheet providing additional strength if the load slides forwards.

It also benefits from new galvanised components plus the extensive use of bolt-on parts such as the tailgate fixings to make repairs easier. The headboard is bolted to the body too.
