Mercedes-Benz Vans appoints Sarah Palfreyman as network operations manager

Mercedes-Benz Vans has promoted Sarah Palfreyman to the role of network operations manager, replacing Angela Joyes.

In a statement from Mercedes, the company said Joyes is “pursuing a career outside of Mercedes-Benz”.

Palfreyman will be responsible for network strategy, business management and the van excellence programme.

Palfreyman joined the firm in 2013 as a network district manager. Previously, she worked with Porsche where she was responsible for th day-to-day running of 10 Porsche-owned retail outlets.

“We have a solid commercial vehicle dealer network, offering 110 service points across the length and breadth of the UK, with workshops open up to 100 hours a week on average and a third of sites open 24-hours a day throughout the working week,” said Palfreyman.

Palfreyman will report to Steve Bridge, managing director of Mercedes-Benz Vans.
