CPL celebrates van mount type approval

CPL has become the first UK van mount manufacturer to achieve full European Type Approval on its Renault Master van mounted platforms.

CPL says this follows on from being the first to achieve the same approval in the 4x4 MEWP sector.

The approval allows CPL to build under its own COC, and removes the need for a time-consuming IVA test.

It says having the approval means it can reduce the time taken from point of order to arriving on fleet by six to 12 weeks, the current timeline for booking an IVA test.

The CPL product range for the Master includes the K26, K32 and K38 models, which are available as a standard van or a cutaway, and can be provided with or without riggers.
