Commercial vehicle and passenger car fleet services provider ARI has announced promotions in both sales and client relations.

With his predecessor leaving ARI, Rory Mackinnon has been promoted to UK sales director and will now oversee the development and growth of ARI's fleet portfolio across the UK.

“In his new role, Mackinnon will use his experience to help our customers across the country successfully navigate their complex business challenges, while maximising their revenue-generating fleet potential,” said ARI managing director Nick Caller.

All of ARI's UK business development managers will report directly to Mackinnon.

Mackinnon came to ARI from GE Capital in 2016, and served as head of asset funding until his current promotion.

“He focused on building ARI's portfolio, using our suite of disruptive funding and fleet management solutions to revolutionise the UK fleet market,” Caller added.

ARI UK's Nimesh Chauhan has also been promoted, and will serve as head of client relations. Chauhan has been with ARI since 2017, serving first as strategic account manager and then manager of account management.
