An order for 19 Isuzu D-Max pick-ups has been made by grounds management, arboriculture and estates management company Glendale.

The firm has been running Isuzus since 2015, and the latest vehicles to join its fleet will be in entry-level Utility trim, in both single-cab and double-cab bodystyles.

The vehicles are prepared by Isuzu Fleet Services, which includes wrapping them in Glendale’s lime green livery, and adding Chapter 8 chevrons along with a double rotating beacon.

At the rear of the trucks, a ladder rack is installed, as is a tow bar with a 13-pin wiring connection and a Truckman RS canopy for extra security.

A rear load liner and rear window guard are also fitted to help prevent damage to the vehicle.

Inside, front and rear waterproof seat covers protect the upholstery, and a tracker device is installed.

Glendale commercial director Stuart Darbyshire said: “Reliability is one of the key attributes that we look for in a vehicle and the D-Max has proved itself to be a trusty asset since joining our fleet.

“It’s capable off-road, it’s able to carry and tow a lot of equipment and there’s no AdBlue requirement.

“In addition, the Isuzu Fleet Service team have always provided a professional package from start to finish, and they’re able to source the extra kit and adapt the vehicles to our requirements with very short lead times.”
