Iveco has brought together a range of digital features and services with the launch of its new Iveco On brand.
Iveco On includes a range of services covering five different topics – fleet, uptime, care, maintenance and repair, and parts.
The fleet strand focuses on efficient fleet management through fuel consumption and driver monitoring, mission planning, route optimisation and order dispatch, and includes the Iveco Web API, which allows fleet owners to control their fleet from different brands in a single tool, thanks to a flexible data integration.
The uptime strand features vehicle monitoring, with provision of remote assistance, and the Iveco Top Care package for premium customers should a repair be needed.
The care strand features smart reports providing tips on improving driving style for fuel and vehicle optimisation.
The maintenance and repair strand offers specialised assistance with a choice of tailored service contracts, and customisable service packages.
Finally, the parts strand offers original Iveco parts and accessories.
Iveco says that by bringing all these services together under the Iveco On brand, it hopes to make it easier for customers to find the services that match their specific requirements.
Iveco brand president Thomas Hilse said: “Iveco On opens up a world of services imagined and designed just for our customers. It creates an ecosystem of integrated solutions designed to help our customers manage their business more efficiently, easily and profitably.
“Iveco On connected services mark a double breakthrough in customer care. First of all, they turn the vehicle into a platform that communicates and receives data in real time. Secondly, they turn Iveco into a true consultant to the customer and the driver.”
