The range-topping equipment grade for the Nissan Navara, N-Guard, is getting new paint options, updated upholstery and a spray-on bed liner, as well as a slight price rise.

The updated N-Guard starts at £30,775 (excluding VAT), £750 more than the current model. It is only available with the most powerful, 190hp, diesel engine, and a choice of a six-speed manual or seven-speed automatic gearbox. Deliveries of the updated N-Guard will start in March.

For 2020, it can be ordered in a new ‘electric blue’, as well as the same black, white and grey as before. Inside, it gains blue stitching for the leather seats and footwell illumination.

It will now also feature a spray-on bed liner, which should offer enhanced looks and ruggedness, as well as absorb shocks and noise.

The N-Guard further offers 18in wheels, rear parking sensors, a sunroof and an 8in infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
