Isuzu is offering discounts on the D-Max

Renault and Isuzu are launching incentives to kick start the LCV retail market.

Isuzu is offering discounts to retail purchasers of between £750 and £2,000 on its D-Max pick-up in its ‘pick-up and carry on’ scheme. Customers get a £2,000 incentive towards a D-Max Eiger, £1,500 towards a Yukon or Utah model, £1,000 towards a Blade, XTR or AT35, or £750 towards one of the base Utility models. Isuzu’s scheme is available until 31 July.

Renault is not offering discounts, but is giving hire purchase or lease purchase customers the option of deferring payments for the first three months. With the ‘Drive now pay later’ scheme, the deferred payments are evenly incorporated in the remaining monthly payments.

The offer is available on new Kangoo, Kangoo Z.E., Trafic and Master vans and can be used on a either a five-year hire purchase or a four-year lease purchase scheme, both of which have 0% APR.

Renault has introduced a contactless handover procedure, but as its dealerships have reopened, it is also offering showroom visits by appointment.
