Citroen and Peugeot have announced that their vans will now come with a free six-month trial of Free2Move Connect Fleet telematics services.

The two Stellantis brands say the trial, available with the Citroen Berlingo, Dispatch, and Relay, and the Peugeot Partner, Expert, and Boxer, includes all three of the packs which make up the overall offering.

Pack one, Fleet Management, allows users to track distance and time behind the wheel, see fuel consumption, get real-time mechanical alerts, and benefit from automated SMR tracking, while pack two, Eco-Driving, adds in analysis of each driver’s behaviour, including acceleration, braking, and cornering, as well as offering personalised eco-driving tips.

Pack three, Geolocation, includes the location of all fleet vehicles in real time, timestamped tracking of routes taken, and analysis of downtime, as well a system to reduce non-essential use allowing configurable geo-fencing.

The two brands have also announced that the prices of their platform-sharing Berlingo and Partner small vans will be reduced, by £1,200 for panel vans, and £1,050 for crew vans.

In addition, all trim levels in the Partner range have now had the word Premium added to their names, while all Berlingo trims will feature the word Pro from July.

At that time the Berlingo will also gain a seatbelt reminder as standard throughout the range, while crew vans will also feature passenger and side/thorax airbags.
