Isuzu has added 16 dealers to its UK network so far in 2021, the firm has announced.

It said this represented the most dealer appointments made in a single year since the original D-Max pick-up was launched in 2012.

The network now comprises 105 dealers.

Additions this year include Tees Valley in Darlington, Adam Purves in Galashiels, Livingstone Motor Group in Hull, Chorley Group, Equi-Trek in Sheffield, Close Motor Company in Peterborough, Nunns in Grimsby, and Rawlinson in Suffolk.

Also joining the network this year were Livery Dole in Exeter, Hunt Forest Groupon the Isle of Wight and in Hampshire, Oliver Landpower in Tingewick, and Devonshire Motors in Barnstable.

Isuzu UK managing director William Brown said: “The sales success and positive reaction surrounding the all-new Isuzu D-Max has been both rewarding and challenging, with demand currently outstripping supply.

“However, with our plans for growth over the coming years, it was vital to have an expanded dealer network in place to deliver the standards of service that our current and future customers expect from the pick-up professionals.”
