Peugeot has reduced the price of its Expert medium van as part of a range update.

Prices have been dropped by £1,000 across the range, meaning the cheapest Expert now costs £22,995, and the electric e-Expert variant now starts at £32,450, not including the UK Government’s plug-in van grant.

In addition, Peugeot has renamed the trim levels in the Expert range, which now include S Premium, Professional Premium, and Asphalt Premium, and also introduced a new powertrain pairing its 145hp diesel engine with eight-speed automatic transmission.

Standard equipment across the Expert range includes emergency assistance, and a free six-month subscription to Free2Move Connect Fleet Telematics, while extra equipment with Professional Premium trim includes a 7in colour touchscreen with DAB, Bluetooth, and Apple Carplay and Android Auto connectivity, rear parking sensors, an alarm, air conditioning, and automatic lights and wipers.

Further equipment with Asphalt Premium includes front and rear parking sensors, a 180-degree reversing camera, sat-nav, and 17in alloy wheels.
