What Van? Awards returns to physical event in central London

The prestigious What Van? Awards event will take place at an exclusive central London venue on 9 December.
Following last year’s successful virtual ceremony, necessitated by the Covid-19 restrictions on physical gatherings, the What Van? Awards 2022 will take a hybrid format, with the much-anticipated physical celebration complemented by a livestream to a global virtual audience.
Entries for the Fleet and Industry Awards opened in July and will run until 8 October. The expert panel of judges will select shortlists of the outstanding candidates in these categories, with the finalists being announced in November. A new addition to the Industry Awards for 2022 will be the Telematics Award.
The Manufacturer Awards, which include a new One to Watch category for 2022, will be selected by the judges who will also nominate a new inductee for the What Van? Hall of Fame and choose the overall Van of the Year.
The big winners for 2021 included the Citroen e-Dispatch, Peugeot e-Expert and Vauxhall Vivaro-e, which shared the Van of the Year prize, Locks4Vans, which scooped the Aftermarket Award, Maxi-Low, named Converter of the Year and the LEVC VN5, which was selected Editor’s Choice.
