The EV Infrastructure & Energy Summit is returning for 2025, bringing together chargepoint operators, fleet leaders, local authorities, energy providers, investors and automotive innovators to debate the opportunities and challenges in building out the UK’s EV charging future.

The event, for which What Van? is a media partner, is organised by Solar Media, part of Informa Markets, and will take place on 1-2 October at the London Hilton Metropole.

It will offer a uniquely business-focused platform to address the urgent need for scalable, smart, and sustainable charging infrastructure across the country.

The event’s agenda will tackle pressing issues facing the industry, including data transparency in chargepoint utilisation, the evolving business models for private finance, and the critical role of fleet and depot charging in electrifying logistics. Discussions will also explore the intersection of energy and transport, from integrating EVs into the power grid through smart charging and vehicle-to-grid (V2G) technology to leveraging solar and renewable energy solutions for a cleaner transport future.

The event will also address fleet electrification strategies, supporting logistics and delivery fleets with commercial depot charging, route optimisation, and battery lifecycle management.

The event will also feature the EVIEs Awards, celebrating innovation and excellence in EV charging, infrastructure and mobility.

Tickets are complimentary for local government representatives, fleet operators, and destination charging hosts. For more information about the event, and tickets, visit https://utm.io/uiJ0l
