An electronic diff lock is being made available as an option on Fiat’s Fiorino to provide extra grip in mud and snow. Known as Traction +, it’s up for grabs for £750 on the 1.3 MultiJet SX diesel van. The price rises to £780 when the package is specified on the 1.3 MultiJet diesel Combi.
Fiorinos fitted with Traction + also come with a suspension raised by 30mm and 15in steel wheels shod with all-weather tyres. Extra protection for the underside of the engine and the body and a front bumper with a chrome finish are included in the deal too.
