FORS (Freight Operators Recognition Scheme) has launched a new website in order to make navigation easier for its customers.
Now responsive across a range of devices and platforms, the redesigned website aims to make it easier for users to find the content they are looking for.
Registered users, meanwhile, will have an improved dashboard, with information including when their company’s next audit is due and how to progress through the accreditation levels.
“The redesign comes as a response to feedback requesting a smoother journey through the rich content already provided by FORS, and greater accessibility to find information, as quickly as possible,” said Paul Wilkes, FORS business service manager. “FORS membership comes with a range of benefits, including resources such as toolkits, guides, training, and offers and discounts from FORS Associates on products and services – these are all now easier to find.”
