BT Group has added 750 new electric vans to its fleet, supplied by Holman.

The vans are the first tranche of an order of 3,500+ electric vans, which was announced in January. They include Toyota Proace, Vauxhall Vivaro, and Vauxhall Combo vans.

Holman’s role has included helping with vehicle trials, specifying and sourcing the vehicles, managing funding and overseeing delivery.

Most of the vehicles are scheduled for a seven-year fleet cycle, with Holman also monitoring and controlling SMR.

Holman managing director Nick Caller said: “We’re delighted to partner with BT Group on this further transition across to electric vehicles, as part of their wider sustainability agenda.

“Our team has been instrumental through the procurement and wider supply chain activity, helping to appoint the right suppliers and providing products best suited for BT’s operational needs.

“These new vehicles coming on to fleet only further reinforce BT’s commitment to become net zero.”
