Isuzu has announced a new special edition version of its D-Max pick-up.
The Workman+ double-cab model is based on the regular Utility spec, but with extra equipment including a rear load liner, tow bar, 13-pin electrics, side steps, 18in alloy wheels, a full-size alloy spare wheel, a reversing camera that displays its image in the rear-view mirror, and DAB radio.
Power comes from the 1.9-litre diesel engine familiar from the regular D-Max range, paired with a manual gearbox.
The Workman+ also retains the regular D-Max’s 3.5t towing capability, 125,000-mile/five-year warranty, and five-year roadside assistance in the UK and Europe.
Five paint colours are available, including Cosmic Black and Sapphire Blue, which are normally restricted to premium models in the D-Max range.
The Workman+ is priced at £21,495 excluding VAT, making it £700 more than a Utility model.
It is available to order now, and due to arrive in dealerships later this week.
Production is limited to 125 examples.
