What Van? is to launch the first ever National Green Mobility Conference (NGMC).
The event, supported by Ensto, will provide delegates – fleet managers, transport managers, businesses and individuals – with the opportunity to learn more about the changing face of mobility, whether this be switching to alternatively fuelled vehicles, installing the appropriate infrastructure or even looking at mobility in a whole new way through services such as car-sharing schemes.
The NGMC aims to steer delegates into this green future and help educate them in making informed decisions for their businesses.
The event, which will take place on Thursday 6 December at the Jurys Inn hotel in Milton Keynes, will be comprised of two sessions.
The morning session will feature talks from key industry speakers, including Jennie Hill, commercial director for business services for the AA; Ville Parviainen, James O’Neill and Visa Parviainen of Ensto Solutions; Matthew Trevaskis, head of electric vehicles for the Renewable Energy Association; Keiran Coughlan, asset management manager for UK Power Networks Services; and Colin Herron, managing director of Zero Carbon Futures.
The afternoon session, Drive NGMC, will allow attendees to get behind the wheel of some of the latest alternatively fuelled cars and vans.
