Nissan is introducing a five-year, 100,000 mile manufacturer warranty for its range of petrol and diesel vans, purchased from today (1 September).
The company said the warranty covers an array of component and chassis elements, including the powertrain, battery and paintwork.
“Meeting and exceeding the needs and preferences of our customers is a priority,” said Ponz Pandikuthira, director of light commercial vehicles for Nissan Europe.
“This five-year manufacturer warranty was developed following in depth research among our LCV customers to understand what they valued most.”
“Launching this LCV warranty is testament to Nissan’s confidence in the quality of our vehicles and the peace of mind we wish to offer our customers across Europe,” Pandikuthira added.
However, the eNV200’s manufacturer warranty remains at 5 years/60,000 miles for the EV system parts and 3 year / 60,000 miles for the rest of the vehicle.
