Renault has introduced Premier Edition versions of its Kangoo, Trafic and Master vans to mark its sponsorship of Sky Sports’ Premier League football coverage, which began at the start of the 2018/19 season.
Prices for the Premier Edition of the Kangoo light van line up start from £18,800 for the ML19 Energy dCi 90 and rise to £21,250 for the ML19Energy dCi 110 Auto EDC. Long-wheelbase variants are also available, including the LL21 Energy dCi 90 crew van, which costs £21,200. All prices listed here exclude VAT.
The medium-sized Trafic Premier Edition comes in at £26,150 for the SL27 dCi 120 and tops out at £30,850 for the LL29 Energy dCi 145 crew van while the Master Premier Edition large van line-up starts from £33,400 for the FWD MM35 dCi 130 and increases to £36,050 for the FWD LM35 Energy dCi 170.
Based on the Business+ trim, or the Sport Nav for the Trafic, the Premier Edition versions get black alloy wheels and a choice of black or white decals, plus standard features such as auto headlights and wipers, front fog lights and cruise control. They include the R-Link Infotainment system with TomTom navigation, a rear view camera and a dash cam with ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System) that detects when the vehicle in front is moving off and also warns of an impending front end collision or if the van is moving out of its lane.
The Kangoo Premier Edition comes with a leather steering wheel, cruise control, metallic paint, and 15-inch alloy wheels. Customers can choose from a choice of 1.5-litre dCi engines complemented with a five- or six-speed manual gearbox or the option of a six-speed EDC automatic transmission.
As well as panel van and crew van derivatives, a longer Maxi van is also offered.
Body-coloured side mouldings and 17-inch alloy wheels adorn the Renault Trafic Premier Edition. It offers two wheelbases and can be ordered with the 1.6-litre turbodiesel engine in either dCi 120 , Energy dCi 125 or Energy dCi 145 specification.
The Renault Master Premier Edition features 16-inch alloy wheels, cruise control and metallic paint. It is available in two wheelbase lengths and with a choice of 2.3-litre turbodiesel engines – dCi 130, Energy dCi 145 and Energy dCi 170. All are mated to a six-speed manual gearbox and drive through the front wheels.
In line with all Renault vans, Premier Edition variants come with a three-year/100,000-mile warranty and lifetime roadside assistance package.
