Volkswagen has confirmed it will be attending the Commercial Vehicle Show in 2016 for the first time since 2011.
VW said the CV Show will “provide the perfect environment in which to meet new and existing customers”.
The firm will launch the Amarok in 2016, and the next-generation Crafter van in 2017, leading to speculation that the German giant may reveal the Crafter in Birmingham.
“We’re looking forward to being back at the CV Show next year,” said head of marketing, Kirsten Stagg.
“It’s great timing for us to consolidate the launches of the new Caddy and Transporter, as well as to meet customers and provide opportunities for our teams and those from our dedicated Van Centre Network to build relationships.”
VW said it would announce more details about its stand and show exhibits in due course.
