It’s fair to say that What Van? is the most influential light commercial vehicle title in the UK, so the accolade of being able to neatly place a sparkling What Van? Award on your desk, in your foyer or in the downstairs loo next to your Oscar should not be underestimated.

The What Van? team has decades of light commercial vehicle experience between us, and we’re quite willing to say when something isn’t up to the level expected by an ever-more-demanding army of light commercial vehicle operators and drivers, so it’s nice to be able to take step back and hand over some praise and trophies – to those we’re happiest to recommend, commend and congratulate.  Thanks also to our sponsor, van leasing giant and expert, Leaseplan.

We’ve added new awards in the form of Used Van of the Year, for which thanks go to BCA, Glass’s, KeeResources, Used Van Expert and Van Monster for their expert input, and the opening of the What Van? Hall of Fame, where every year we’ll be adding another legend of the industry that deserves immortalisation. We’ve also renewed the technology focus with the return of the Website of the Year Prize, two years after its first appearance, and added these to the 11 handed out last year, including the prestigious What Van? 2014 Van of the Year.
