What Van? is pleased to announce its annual awards will take place at top London venue The Brewery this December for the third year in a row.

The What Van? Awards are renowned as the most prized independent endorsements of excellence in the light commercial vehicle industry and this year the title will recognise outstanding performers in at least 16 crucial sectors of the market as well as revealing the recipient of the coveted What Van? 2018 LCV of the Year on Wednesday, 13 December.

Last year’s awards celebrations were also held at The Brewery, and we’re aiming to be bigger and better this year, with 150-200 guests expected to attend the prestigious lunchtime ceremony.

The What Van? Awards are judged by What Van? magazine’s panel of industry experts, and calls on the combined decades of experience in the light commercial vehicle sector.

The awards seek to reward the best products, companies and services in the market for their ability to make life easier, cleaner, safer and more efficient for LCV operators in the UK.

Last year, for the first time, three models – the Citroen Dispatch, Peugeot Expert and Toyota Proace medium vans – scooped the top award, being named as the 2017 Light Commercial Vehicle of the Year, while the Fiat Fiorino took the honours in the Small Van category.

The Fiat Doblo Cargo, meanwhile, won the Light Van of the Year for the third year in a row, and the Iveco Daily took the Large Van of the Year accolade.

We’re also pleased to confirm that FORS will once again sponsor our Safety Award, having also supported the category in 2017.
