To support Go Ultra Low with its ‘Clean Start to 2020’ campaign, Citroën UK is providing the scheme with a Berlingo Electric van to collect Christmas trees.

On Tuesday 7 January, the joint government and car industry initiative, which aims to educate people on EV ownership, is collecting Christmas trees in Birmingham and taking them to recycling centres. The programme will also be deployed in Brighton and Camden, London.

The ‘Clean Start to 2020’ campaign is supported by the Society for Motor Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT) and the government Office for Low Emission Vehicles (OLEV).

It is designed to help people reduce their environmental impact by starting the new year in a sustainable way.
