Toyota launches Toyota Professional brand to support LCV customers

Toyota has officially launched Toyota Professional, a new service programme aimed at SMEs with anything from a single LCV to a fleet of up to 50 vehicles.

The programme, which it initially flagged up last year, includes a five-year warranty and five years of roadside assistance for every new Toyota LCV. It also guarantees customers a service appointment within seven days, with the promise that if that target cannot be met, the labour charge will be halved.

Existing commercial vehicle customers will receive free roadside assistance cover when they have their annual service at a Toyota dealership.

There is now also a dedicated Toyota Professional web page, which provides full details of the programme and its benefits, information on Toyota’s LCV range, and contact details for the nearest dealership.

All Toyota’s LCVs are covered by the programme, including the Proace van, the Hilux pick-up and the Land Cruiser Commercial.

The Toyota commercial range will soon be joined by the Proace City compact van, which is based on the PSA Group’s Peugeot Partner and Citroën Berlingo.
