The list of finalists has been revealed for the 2025 edition of the International Van of the Year award.
Ford is celebrating two finalists, in the shape of the Transit Courier and the E-Transit Custom, while the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter and Renault Master are also nominated, as is the Stellantis Pro One large van range, including the Fiat Ducato, Vauxhall Movano, Peugeot Boxer, and Citroen Relay.
The winner will be announced at the IAA Transportation 2024 show in Hannover, Germany, next month.
Jury chairman Jarlath Sweeney said: “This year, there were nine nominations, representing 15 light commercial vehicle brands, all in contention for the main prize.
“Once again, as per last year, there was a mix of diesel, battery electric and hydrogen powered vehicles on the long list.
“Presently, the jury is entering the final election process, to vote the overall winner of the most prestigious and longest established award in the light commercial industry.”
